Wedding Pricing, Policy, and Information
The Gardens here at the Cliffrose Lodge make for an intimate
and unique wedding location for ceremonies and receptions from late Spring into early November.
Since we are a small lodging property of only 40 rooms and suites we
enjoy wedding ceremonies and receptions of 100 guests or less to maintain the
peace and tranquility that is the
Policies
Reception and ceremony size is limited to 100 guests or
less, larger functions need to be approved by a manager and may be subject to
an additional fee. A minimum of 1 rented
room is required so that attendees have a restroom/changing room available. A maximum of 20 rooms may be reserved at a
group discount rate which varies from season to season. All wedding reception, ceremony, and room
reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation policy to avoid any
cancellation costs or penalties. Due to

Pricing
We are not a catering service so all we provide are well maintained and nicely landscaped grounds for you to set up your ceremony or reception the way you would like. The fee for a ceremony or reception is $1000 or if you choose to do both the total cost is $1500. There is a $250 deposit due at the time of booking, which is refundable up to 30 days prior to the reservation; thereafter, the deposit is applied to the total amount due.
